Order Acknowledgement 
A. All orders and adjustments must be acknowledged in writing.

B. Paper proof: no charge. Paper proof will be fax to confirm each and every order. Production time begins after receipt of a signed paper proof.

General Charges 
(Not including crystal items, see the next section for general charges for crystal items)

A. Logo set up: $50.00(G). Brass items and wood items require separate set up even for the same logo.

B. Repeat order set up: $25.00(G)

C. Additional logo per location/color (for metal pen items): $0.30(G) plus logo set up charge $50.00(G)

D. Additional logo per location/color (for plastic pen items): $0.15(G) plus logo set up charge $50.00(G)

E. Additional logo per location/color (for key holders, letter openers, and business card holder item): $0.50(G) per location or color plus logo set up charge $50.00(G)

F. Additional logo per location/color (portfolio, CD holder item): $0.50(G) per location or color plus logo set up charge $50.00(G).

G. Oxidation: $0.30(G) per unit. Oxidized logo will be in charcoal black color.

H. Personalization: $1.50(G) per name per line; $2.00(G) per two lines. Set up charge: $50(G) per order. (Choose from the list of fonts we provide)

I. PMS matching: $20.00(G) per PMS color.

J. Less than minimum: $20.00(G) will apply to orders less than MOQ.

K. Random samples: End-quantity-pricing plus shipping charge and are non-returnable.

L. Pre-production samples: $25.00(G) plus shipping freight.

M. Spec. Samples: $40.00(G) for one location laser engrave or one color silkscreen imprint plus shipping charge. $25.00(G) for each additional location or color.

N. All our stock pen items are with black ink cartridge. To change to blue ink, additional charge is $0.15(G) per unit for metal pens and $0.10(G) per unit for plastic pens.

G. Random samples: Item cost at 1 piece price + shipping freight

H. Pre-production samples/Spec samples: Item cost at 1 piece price + logo set up charge + shipping freight.

I. Color-fill charge: $10.00(G) each. Only gold & silver color fill available.

J. Standard packaging: All crystals packed in cardboard gift box.

K. Artwork: Camera-ready CDR or TIF files.

Artwork 
A. Art modification: Artwork submitted requiring reconstruction, color separation, or touch up in any way would be charged $ 50.00(G) per hour.

B. Hard copy: Camera-ready black & white, color separated art can be accepted.

C. E-mail: Artwork can also be accepted via e-mail at art@fandapromofactory.com. Please provide PC compatible files in AI or EPS format.

Production 
A. Changes/ Cancellation: Any change or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to charge for all associate costs. All changes must be done in writing and confirmed by PromoFactory customer service team.

B. Discontinued Styles/ Components: PromoFactory reserves the right to discontinue any item, packaging or style without prior notification.

C. Over/ Under Runs: We attempt to ship exact quantities. However, PromoFactory reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under ordered quantities. Overrun will bill at actual price.

D. Rush order: $ 50.00(G). Standard production time is 7-10 working days upon paper proof approval. Orders require to complete within 5 working days are considered rush orders.

Payment/ Terms 
A. Net-30-day term: Only available to customer with prior credit approval.

B. New customers: Prepayment with check or credit card.

C. Past due account: Invoices that are unpaid after due date is subject to last charges.

D. Return check: $25.00 service charge per returned check.

Shipping 
A. F.O.B Point: Baldwin Park, CA. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

B. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, PromoFactory will not be responsible for any delivery or en-route delays caused by shipping carriers.

C. Orders without a clear shipping method or instruction will be shipped at the most economical way to meet the in-hands date specify in the order.

D. Split destination/ Drop shipment: Split or drop shipments to more than one destination or different time period will be charged $ 5.00(G) per location/shipment.

E. Special labeling/packaging requests: Additional charge may apply. Please call our customer service team to confirm.

Return 
A. Imprinted merchandise found to be incorrect due to PromoFactory’s mistake would be replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

B. Must obtain a return authorization number from customer service department. Shipment without R/A number will be refused and returned back to the sender. PromoFactory will not issued credit on any returned merchandise without authorization.

-Ball point: $0.25(G) each
-Light up pen: $ 0.20(G) each
-Roller: $ 0.30(G) each
-Plastic Pen: $0.20(G) each
-Gel Ink: $ 0.30(G) each

Special Notes 
A. As wooden & acrylic pens are handcrafted products, the consistency of wood grain & acrylic pattern, stain or color may vary.

B. Logos or trademarks displayed in this catalog are for illustrative purpose only. There are not in indication of any endorsement of who hold claim to a logo or trademark.

C. Please be aware that silkscreen-imprinted logo will wear off eventually after few months or so depending on usage.

D. We do not guarantee the life time of refill cartridge and battery.
